These guys are super healthy, their food consists of pellets and bloodworms, their food also gets mixed with medication to prevent bacterial, fungus, and protozoan diseases.

We guarantee all of our fish with Live Arrival. If for any rare case you receive any dead fish or shrimp, please follow the steps below to receive credit or refund depending on the situation:.

1) MUST send pictures of the unopened bag with the fish in there CLEARLY showing the dead fish.

3)Pictures must be sent within the first hour of recieving the fish.

4) Must be able to receive the package on the first attempt of delievery.

5) We are not responsible for any shipping carrier delays or acts of GOD.

We will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on what is the best choice and will be up to us to decide. WE SHIP ONLY MONDAYS - WEDNESDAYS due to the fact that sometimes the carriers can delay delievery and this can result in the fish sitting at the shipping carriers warehouse which will eventually lead to the death of the fish.
